I've eaten well today. Started with porridge and soft fruit, frozen cherries, blueberries, and raspberries, and a banana.
Lunch was two slices of seeded bread, toasted and spread with butter, and cream cheese with garlic. On top an avocado and cucumber, underneath iceberg lettuce. It was fabulous.
Dinner tonight was, steamed vegetables, potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, Brussels sprouts, and spinach. Served with a cheese and onion crispy bake, from Aldi. With a dollop of mayo. It was chuffin great.Ooops, I made too much veg, there's some left for tomorrows lunch. This is why I don't eat out, can't get meals like this at a reasonable price. You can't beat food from your own kitchen. Toodle pip. ilona
