Hello and Good Morning. More snow overnight, can't see many people going to work, and no school again.I had better get this post out early because I know the Walking Group members will be queuing up to post their mileage. So lets have it from you, how far did you manage to walk? Did you get out every day, or did you say stuff it I can't be bothered? I must say, I felt like saying stuff it a few times, but I mostly dragged myself out, even as late as 9pm some nights. Procrastinating, shall I shan't I, does not make for a healthy lifestyle. Getting out there, ready to tackle anything keeps the body fit, and the brain alive. Stay positive and reap the benefits.
Off you go then, let's hear about your successes, and failures. Have you done well, or not so well? The main point is that you don't give up, think of how your body needs to do this.
